JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Answer Calls, Chats, and Responds to email
2. Manage and Resolve Customer Complaints
3. Provide customer with product and Service Information
4. Enter new Customer Information into system
5. Follow up customer calss where necessary
6. Complete call logs

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 1 (one) year of working Experience in Call Centre (Knowladge of system and technologies is a plus)
• Minimum Diploma Degree
• Fluent in English
• Agree to perform 24/7 shifting
• Strong verbal and Written communication
• Able to demonstrates Positive attitude even under pressure (ie: hard complaints)
