Established in 1992, we have grown our plantation assets at a rapid pace to more than 300,000 hectares and currently operate twelve palm oil mills in Indonesia. Our primary business are cultivating oil palms, harvesting the fresh fruit bunches and milling them into crude palm oil (CPO) and palm kernel for local and export sales. With our integrated processing facilities, we also refine our CPO into value-added products such as olein and biodiesel.
All our plantations are based in the Riau, East Kalimantan and West Kalimantan provinces of Indonesia. With more than 170,000 hectares planted and a sizeable landbank for ongoing new plantings, we occupy a leading position in the Indonesian oil palm industry. Our main products are crude palm oil and palm kernel. All of our fresh fruit bunches (FFB) are transported to our own mills for processing into crude palm oil (CPO) and palm kernel (PK). We have twelve mills which are constructed within respective plantations in order to reduce the transportation costs, and to ensure that our FFB arrive in time at our mills with minimal spoilage and maximum quality standards.

- Bachelor Degree from reputable University majoring in Agriculture, Agronomy, Agrotechnology, Agribusiness, Forestry, Biology or Equivalent with minimum GPA 2.75 (Scale 4.00)
- Male with Maximum age is 27 Years Old and single
- Actively involved in Organization / Social activities
- Good healthy & no. color blind
- Good Communication skill
- Good Interpersonal & problem solving skill
- Willing to be place in All Company sites (Kaltim, kalbar & Riau)
