- Indonesian Citizen
- Minimum Education : Bachelor Degree (maximum age of 25 years on 20th April 2019) or Master Degree (maximum age 28 years on 20th April 2019)
- Minimum Grade Point Average (GPA) of 3.00 on a scale of 4 for Bachelor Degree, minimum 3.25 on a scale of 4 for Master Degree
- Willing to be placed throughout Indonesia
- Never been married and do not plan to get married for 1 year in the period of education and during employhment contract
